How are we building sustainable communities?

How are we building sustainable communities?

ART.
As scientific experiments.

Give artists the keys to lead in Communicating environmental challenges and urgency to the public. Salon conversations go beyond just talking—they create tangible actions and partnerships that help solve real-world problems.

Through art, science, and collective effort, we are reshaping Louisiana’s environment and our role in its stewardship.

What if artists used new materials to build structures serving a needed purpose?

  1. Educating

  2. Interfacing

  3. Activating

  4. Providing resources

Climate Culture NOLA Core Pillars

  1. Culture bearers are our most powerful agents of change—we believe that artists, musicians, and cultural leaders hold the power to shift public opinion and engage the broader community in meaningful climate conversations.

  2. Diverse perspectives make better solutions—our strength lies in collaboration. The more perspectives we bring to the table, the more impactful our solutions will be.

  3. Community is our SUPER power—we are stronger when we come together. We have all the resources we need within our community to build a sustainable future.
